A + for Horizon.....I really like these guys, and Grace too! Horizon put a new roof on my house, which I am quite proud of, Great work at a great price! It is beautiful....from the outside. BUT, what Horizon provided me was the result of them going into the attic and finding rotted decking! As a result, by insurer provided new decking material. So NOW MY ROOF IS SOLID INSIDE AND OUT! I would not have known. But something else they provided, which is important to me, was the satisfaction and comfort I received from having all of my questions and concerns answered......this is where Horizon delivers EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! First, they earned my trust. ...vital in this case. Professional with integrity! Second, they were SUPERB at responding to and answering my questions,....prompt responses demonstrating impressive technical skill, know how and experience. If they didn't know the answer, they didn't make one up......Straight forward, which I love. Third, they cared about taking care of me Lastly, they were so enjoyable to work with! The Horizon team did a great job with storm damage repair. Crew showed up on time and completed full demo and rebuild in less than 2 days. Quality work and great attention to detail.

We used Horizon for our roof inspection. Ross provided great service from the very beginning. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions honestly without trying to oversell anything. You can tell he really knows roofing and cares about doing things the right way. Also, I’ve been using the mug they gave me and I love it, nice extra touch! Definitely recommend reaching out to them if you need roofing work done. Plus, the inspection was free.
